OTTC generally concerns vehicle-type approval; SBKTS generally concerns the safety conformity of one imported vehicle. The route depends on vehicle, importer, configuration, purpose and current Russian/EAEU practice.
For Russian dealers, fleets and importers sourcing LHD/RHD gasoline cars, hybrids or EVs from China, confirm year, fuel, emissions, quantity, EPTS route and purpose. Yijie Auto’s used gasoline category covers Toyota Corolla, Chery Tiggo 7, Haval H6 and MG HS; its used EV category covers BYD, XPENG, MG, NIO and Xiaomi.
OTTC approves a vehicle type. SBKTS is generally tied to one imported vehicle and its safety assessment. Age may be a preliminary signal, not a universal legal answer. Ask an authorized laboratory which document applies.
Budget vehicle, inspection, documents, freight, customs, recycling charges, certification, EPTS, registration and delivery. Prepare VIN, records, invoice, transport documents, photos and modifications. Check TR CU 018/2011, emergency-call equipment, emissions, steering side and importer responsibility.
Compare 3-5 units by model, year, condition and serviceability. Use Yijie Auto’s inspection guide for body, powertrain, electronics, mileage and accident evidence. For EVs, add battery, charging, software and warranty checks.
Confirm who applies for SBKTS or OTTC, handles EPTS, pays charges and bears inspection risk. Match VIN, invoice, export file and photos. Do not assume one document covers another vehicle. Recheck customs, registration and EAEU requirements before loading.
Send region, model, year, VIN/stock ID, LHD/RHD, fuel, quantity, modifications and shipping term. Request the inspection file and written route through Yijie Auto’s export contact. Mark items verified or pending.
